This illustrated toile is inspired by classic storytelling textiles and my long-standing love of birds, bees, and botanicals—motifs that have appeared in decorative arts for centuries. I’m drawn to toile for its ability to layer detail and rhythm, allowing nature and pattern to unfold slowly across the fabric.

Set on a warm persimmon ground with fuchsia floral accents, the design feels sun-warmed, expressive, and timeless. Lightweight with a soft drape and finished with delicate fringe, it’s made for effortless, everyday wear.
